WiCub 2 – Indoor Air Quality sensor

WiCub 2 is a small battery powered device that measures temperature, humidity, pressure and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). The readings are saved in 5 minutes intervals and once a day are emailed to the user. It can be configured to send data to the application IoTpool, where the data can be clearly displayed and managed, or to your own server. WiCub 2 also has optional alarms and if at anytime the readings get out of the specified range, an immediate email (alarm) is sent. The sensor has an in-built display, which shows all important information including measured values. The battery is rechargeable and, thanks to its very low power consumption, lasts for more than one month without recharging. The sending of measured data via WiFi can be turned off and the device can only be used as a monitoring station.

• The device has a display, which makes working with the sensor easier.
• OTA (Over The Air) update. Automatic firmware updates over the WiFi network.
• Local Time Zone Support. It can be used anywhere in the world with the correct local time automatically adjusted for daylight saving.
• Size. The sensor is light and small (47 x 47 x 20 mm). Thus, it can be installed almost everywhere.
• Easy installation. The whole setup can be done via a simple web portal using your PC or smart phone within few minutes (no mobile application is required).
• Station mode. Data sending can be turned off and the sensor can only be used as a monitoring station. Battery life will be significantly longer in this mode.
